Smoker Tried to Open Airliner Door

CNN is reporting that a 34 year old French woman, Sadrine Helene Sellies, was placed on a $1,000 AU bond after she pled guilty to “endangering the safety of an aircraft.” Apparently she was drunk and tried to open a door on the plane - during flight - to smoke a cigarette. Her lawyer said she had taken sleeping pills as well.
There are several instances of stupidity here:
- Mixing alchohol and sleeping pills
- Attempting to open a plane door during flight (was she going to sit on the wing and smoke?)
- Smoking (it’s just a dumb thing to do)
But the real lesson to be learned here is this: Don’t let those yellow bellied surrender monkey French people get on your airplane.
Full story here.

No, no, no. You open the plane door to let out the smoke (along with everything else inside the plane).
