Carmen Mattera is an idiot. She was running from police, and (as you might suspect), they caught up with her. So she did what any idiot woman would do in this situation: she pulls a gun on police officers. The officers opened fire on her and left her a paraplegic. Now she’s suing, claiming that the police used “excessive force.”
I love it. Excessive force. If you’re pointing a gun at police officers, you’ve got a bullet or two coming your way. I guess she learned a valuable lesson: don’t threaten a cop, because, if you do, they might shoot back.
There’s a more important lesson in this – a lesson for police officers: shoot to kill.

hey i knew this person we grew up on the same street in warren mi. anyhow everyone on the block expected me to be the one to end up like her hey even me . i know she should by all rights be dead now and maybe she wish she were who wants to be a paraplegic. anywho im just sayin i really liked her as a friend she was cool but i guess she just snapped i knew her mom and dad and i stole a mini bike from her garage and they did not even want to press charges. i feel sorry for them the most. so if you read this carmen tony says hi
