It only seems appropriate that I post some blurb about the 5th anniversary of the day the members of the “religion of peace” stole planes, blew up buildings, and killed thousands of innocent people. The only problem is that I’m not sure what I should say. I’ve been thinking all day about what words are appropriate, but I’m still pretty much at a loss for words.

I had the priviledge of going to Woodstock highschool today to outfit the boys in the orchestra for tuxedos. I had to sit throughseveral class periods to accomplish this. One of the teachers tried to engage his class in a discussion of what they remembered about that day. The conversation struck me as awkward. Many admitted that they did not even know what the WTC was until that very day that it all happened day. Most were only 10 years old then (freshmen now.) Proof that time marches on. This generation is less than 20 years behind us. Think about it, to our very own kids it will be history, just like the assination of JFK is to us, but not our parents. That is what struck me the most today.
