According to Wulfgar’s Diet Snapple lid, all porcupines float in water.

I, for one, would like proof.  Does anyone have a porcupine we can borrow?

I worked at a nature center once and we had a porcupine… trust me, you do *NOT* want to find out!! Porcupines *STINK*. The worst part is, they smell like really really bad body odor… worse than a Jr High boy’s locker room… So after we had the porcupine out, we would smell like we hadn’t showered in weeks. :(

And no… we did not ever try to float him so I can’t answer your question.

And as far as the stench, porcupines are #3 in smelliest animals. #2 is skunk and #1 is the Tasmanian Devil. Knowing the smell of a porcupine, I NEVER want to meet Taz…

Sorry, can’t use mine. It recently drowned in an unfortunate accident when it wondered to close to my pool. Sorry, it’s still really difficult to talk about.
