Calling Comcast (or trying to, at least)
I tried calling Comcast today. I needed to speak with someone who can talk to me about network abuse issues. The first guy I called said “network - as in the internet?” I swear to you all, that’s a direct quote. The second guy I called hung up on me.
If anybody who reads this knows how to get a human within Comcast’s network abuse department (or, as they call it, Customer Security Assurance), please let me know.

Good Luck. The best way I found is to go to their office off of Hwy 278.

I use Comcast Workplace Home Standard commercial service.
It gets me a dedicated sales rep and a dedicated support number.
Last outage I had was resolved in 10 minutes.
Yeah, I’m bragging….
Ron Davis @ 11:22 am:
Thanks, John. You’ve been a big help.

I don’t have Comcast so I don’t know about them specificially.
I do however know that if you call a business enough times, someone will tell you what you want to hear. Also, the whiner gets the credit on their account, and wanting to escalate an issue will get you to someone who can actually help you.
