Then, when you give him ample time to move over, and he still doesn't get out of the left lane, somehow he finds the gas pedal and YOU'RE the bad guy when you decide to pass him on the right. This one really only applies to driving through Alabama: special Auburn license plates. Those owners do not care enough to them fixed or do not care if they get more dents from hitting you. Also, be careful around cabs.
